  1. Hello! I was in the midst of listening to this episode's podcast, and it was just mentioned that Miss Celine had mixed up her celebrity names and called Lorelai "Natalie Wood" when previously, that was what she had been calling Rory. Small correction! In Here Comes the Son, she was actually calling Rory "Audrey Hepburn", specifically from the movie Sabrina. When Lorelai arrives later, she does actually call her Natalie Wood.

Fantastic podcast, love listening to it on car rides! This was just something that jumped out at me and wanted to let you guys know!

  2. To me it was obvious last episode that Rory was interested in Logan, and not just because she wanted to be invited to the party, and I was surprised that other people read her behaviour differently. But I also thought that it was a weird contrast to the last time we saw Logan before that.
I still can't say I like Logan, but as a storyline I like that Rory is the one for once who actively pursues him here and makes the first move. And I like that we got that look from Lorelai when they started dancing. She didn't look too thrilled.
I also like that Logan tells Rory upfront that he's not "a boyfriend", he doesn't do that and that's why he didn't ask her out, even though he's intersted as well. It's another contrast to that terrible prank he pulled in her class which proved that this buttfaced miscreant doesn't know Rory. But now he knows that dating Rory would be something more than just dating. But he does listen to her when she says she's not looking for anything. I thought that's very interesting. Did she just say that because she thinks that's the only way to get with Logan or does she really mean it? I'm very curious to see if she's able to do no strings attached.

    Fashion notes:
Lorelai's dress and glitter .. jacket thingie are incredibly ugly and I can't believe Emily would allow that at her wedding/pick it out herself.
And it's like nobody has ever seen a woman in a pantsuit before? Rory did look cute though, but come on.
