So since Cordia specifically requested it, here is an interview Jared Padalecki did with Aisha Tyler a couple years ago (some NSFW language throughout, but maybe not during this clip). He talks about getting started on GG, the awkwardness of filming the kissing scenes, and being a baby in the industry. They go off topic a bit but they talk GG from 2:50 until about 8:20. The best part, for me, is that Jared sounds like a way better human being than Dean.
